Got a call today from one these peoples consultants claiming they from NCR and I am overly charged interest and whenni engaged the person they quickly said I do not qualify for their offer of which they said I qualified at the beginning of call and I told them that this is misleading information can I get assistance from anyone who know how to get ahold of these people they sent me sms that has my id number on it

*****ulent Debt Review Flag – DC Zuhair Fredericks (NCRDC3867 / NCRDC3866)Review Body:I am posting this to warn the public about Debt Counsellor Zuhair Fredericks (NCR Registration NCRDC3867), trading as infinite Solutions and IRS consultants agency.This individual *****ulently placed a debt review flag on my credit profile without my consent. This is a severe violation of the National Credit Act and POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).I have been trying to contact him since April to get this ******* flag removed, but his office is completely non-responsive, and his listed business phones are turned off. I went directly to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) offices, and even the NCR officials confirmed in my presence that his contact numbers are off.He has essentially abandoned his practice while leaving a *****ulent, destructive block on my credit profile, holding my financial name hostage. The NCR has an open Form 29 ***** complaint against him.If you are a credit bureau or a bank compliance team reading this, do not accept data from this DC. He is uncontactable and practicing *******ly. Clear my profile immediately.

Misleading debt review from cold calls
These guys will call you and tell you that you’re being overcharged by your credit providers and that they’re working with the NCR to reduce instalments for people who are overcharged. Once you agree, they trick you into getting into debt review. They ignore you afterwards and get a debit order on your account of which the first month or twos instalments goes directly to them instead of your creditors to cover “admin and legal costs”. Do not fall for it! I only got out because of the tantrums I was throwing and legal action I was threatening.
