Review for Iron Oak (Willem Thomas)

I had a very disappointing experience with Iron Oak, specifically with Willem Thomas. From the outset, the project was plagued with delays and unfulfilled commitments.

Initially, the quoting process seemed straightforward, and I was hopeful about the timeline. However, after paying a 50% deposit, communication quickly deteriorated. Projects were postponed multiple times, often with vague excuses about supplier issues and other jobs taking precedence.

Despite repeated inquiries about installation dates, I was met with excuses and no clear answers. On several occasions, I was promised updates that never came, and I had to chase for information. There were even instances where Willem requested additional payments under the guise of cash flow issues, which I reluctantly provided, only to see further delays.

The situation escalated to the point where I was forced to initiate legal action due to the lack of professionalism and accountability. Ultimately, after numerous extensions and broken promises, the project was finally completed, but not without significant stress and frustration.

I strongly advise anyone considering Iron Oak or working with Willem Thomas to proceed with caution. My experience has shown that this is not a trustworthy business, and I regret not heeding the red flags earlier. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your project needs.
