Iron Eagle Security's appalling service

I have a security gate that was installed by Iron Eagle Security some two years ago, who service the gate from time to time. I complained in January 2020 to the company that the the gate was faulty. They sent their serviceman out, who said the bolts that secure the motor had loosened from their mounting. He said he would return the following week, still in January to rectify the problem. I have on two occasions asked their response vehicle driver to follow it up and remind them, which I know he did. In the meantime I phoned the owner of Iron Eagle Security to sort the matter out, without success. I phoned again today,10 March 2020 with the call going to voice mail. I posted a complaint on their website, which has been removed. I have a visitor staying with us who owns his own security business that installs and maintains gate motors. Were it not for his assistance, I would not have been able to close my gate tonight. His remark was that Iron Eagle Security's service is appalling.
