This company doesn't exist in SA. All communication I have had is with the UK or Europe. Miraculously the incorrect accessories I ordered from them for my new iRobot were uplifted mid May 23. NO REFUND HAS HAPPENED. YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF THEM. I HAVE THE WAREHOUSE DETAILS AND NEXT WEEK MAKING A SPECIAL TRIP THERE IN THE HOPE THAT THIS **** COMPANY MAY ACTUALLY BE WORKING OUT OF THERE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY iRobot IF YOU BASED IN SOUTH AFRICA. IT IS A *******. STICK WITH iRobots FROM TAKEALOT WHERE YOU HAVE TRACEABILITY. They claim to be situated at 1 Sandton Dr Sandton Johannesburg and the Warehouse is in Jet Park Johannesburg. ***** ***** AND MORE *****. UK are their wits end. They managed to arrange the collection on SA behalf. They have escalated my emails and advised me to send them as much details as I can, which I have been doing.
