iRobot Roomba i series vacuum cleaner

Don't buy an iRobot Roomba i series vacuum cleaner in South Africa. Shops are selling these but there is no service or replacement accessories available as one shop I phoned told me. I phoned the number on the iRobotSA site (it is undergonig maintenance) and found out it is a UK number - they couldn't give me a local number and I cannot contact iRobotSA at all. The UK man told me to buy accessories on Amazon UK!! This is unacceptable!
