**** promises for weeks on end after an initial promise of 7 days lead time. It has been 7 weeks, with many creative stories of why things are delayed. Iris shifted between these stories and ignoring calls and messages altogether.

Worst part is that I could have made another plan to get my documents together if she had not strung me along for so long - she directly told me to not make another application several times when I was worried about things taking long. Now I have to start again, and may have a 3 year long process ruined because of her lies.
