Dirty spa

I booked their R599 special , the EMPEROR SANDTON hotel was dirty from where we stood. The machinery everything was dusty.

Firstly we got there and there was a lady sitting on her phone and chewing gum but luckily I believe the owner came through.

We were given glasses of juice that had different lipsticks and lipglosses and we stood up and left because if you can’t wash your glasses what more your towels? She didn’t bother refunding us she said sorry and moved on with her day. She’s clearly used to doing this. I drove over an hour for that nonsense.
