Want your phone fixed? Don't use iRepair Sandton city

<p>if you need to fix your device choose elsewhere (e.g. www.gienius.co.za bryanston who do awesome work at great prices.). The technician tried and failed 3 times to fix the phone, finally suggesting replacement phone. Reality - faulty part from iRepair. To compound : technicians work not tested correctly, non responsive staff, no refund given, no response to emails to head office asking for refund, having to go to shop 4 times to try to resolve the issue, requests for pointless paperwork etc. etc. etc. </p> <p>An awesome learning experience for anyone who wants to know not how to run a retail outlet. </p>
