LABOUR OVERChARGE

I REPAIR charged R200 for a call -out, which I thought was reasonable. Then R200 for connection - this involved putting a connection point onto an existing cable and adding two metres of cable. But - he did tune the TV so maybe that took some time. My gripe is the labour. I was quoted R 300 to bring the cable from another room through the roof and into the lounge using 20 metres of cable. I explained that this was unnecessary as he only needed to use the existing connection in the room, thereby using 2 metres of cable. To my surprise the labour cost reminded the same. He refused to alter the bill. It was R700 regardless.
