Unhappy shopping experience

Since time immemorial people are attracted towards things that dazzle them, fascinate them and the fascination for this is so intense that we try to find a glamour in every aspect. Shops, stores market are one amongst things. I went to Irene village Mall two weeks ago went to clicks store for shopping experience. The service was excellent up until I went out of the store. At the corridors I met these lady by the name of Elsabe Bandenberg asking me about my shopping experience.

However I felt so much dissapointed as she was downgrading the services of the stores that are in the mall. The person told me that she is part of the Mall Management. So if it's true the person it's part of the Management, I think it's high time the Irene village Mall take action against her behavior. She encourages consumers to launch complaints at the different stores that are situated in the Village Mall.
