Ster Kinekor is revolting to say the least

<p>I was really looking forward to spend a quiet tuesday afternoon at the cinemas. Upon arrival we went to purchase movie tickets, there was an elderly lady and (what I assume her grand son) just standing by the desk, with absolutely NO ONE behind the counters. After asking her if she had been helped, she said no and that she's been waiting for assistance. I walked around the corner to where they sell coffees and asked if anyone can help us with tickets. I had to wait for staff to finish their personal conversation forst before getting a response saying we have to buy tickets from them. No signs saying where to buy tickets or a person even checking if customers are waiting in a queue. THEN we proceded to buy snacks, only one person was working behind the FILTHY counter, boxes laying all over the place, the poor woman could barely move around. So before going in to the cinema I made a trip to the bathroom, of which only 2 doors were open to use. One cubicles floor was soaking wet, with what I would hope ot water, And the other was fairly clean, but the door could not lock or even stay closed. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never visit your cinema again! Itms disgusting and extremely rude staff. As if it was not bad enough that the cinema is always empty, by such bad service you are just chasing away the few customers you had left. </p>
