Not what menu promised

Twice in a row, instructions were not followed with takeaway orders. We ordered 2 burgers and the patties were completely overdone and dry. On one we asked for no basting, and no garnish, but then got both without basting ór garnish. Chicken burger: we asked for no garnish, we got garnish, but no parmesan shavings. Avo on toast: no sign of the promised butter on the toast, no lemon zest, no cucumber and 3 measly slices of avo. Tried to send them an email but it keeps sending error codes and will not go through
