Manager needs a lesson in etiket.

<p>I went to the mcdonalds this morning. I went through the drive through it was 10 to 6 I placed my order and when i got to the pay point i was looking for my bank card. the lady that was helping me was very patient. But then the manager Samson started yelling at her from inside asking her what is holding her up. She explained i was looking for my bank card. Again he shouted at her.</p> <p>He was at the counter that you collect the food. i drove there and he told me i am making his numbers slow that is why he was shouting at the lady helping me.</p> <p>firstly there was nobody behind me in the line so it was not necessary to shout. He could have walked to the lady and asked her what is wrong not shout at her. And then when i talk to him start to shout at me.</p> <p>I am sorry but he needs to be demoted and not be a manager he cannot work with customers and also not with his staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope you take this very seriously. i left without my order because he could not wait 5 minutes for me to get my bank card in my handbag.</p> <p> </p>
