Irene village mall Ster-kinekor no generator's

I find it absolutely ridiculous that Irene mall Ster-kinekor does not have any generators. A friend and I came to watch a movie at 20:30 when the power went down at 20:34. They were claiming that it was loadshedding and abruptly told us to leave. After inquiring with the staff about the situation we asked why the power had not gone down anywhere else when they then claimed that the rest of the mall had generator's. But the outage was never stated on any loadshedding schedule and the power in the district area never went out. Even if the fact that they were experiencing loadshedding was true I find it unacceptable that there are no generator's not only are they wasting our time but they are stupidly losing money by having to refund customers. I personally think that this is a big ploy seeing as they make more money every time customers come back to claim the vouchers they were given where they will more than likely buy snacks again which the cinema would then profit on twice. I definitely would not suggest this cinema.
