Irene Traffic department sucks!

How unpleasant to visit this once very effective venue & department. Many security guards/assistants standing around, chatting to each other but none attending to customers lining up outside the building at the entrance. Long waiting periods and very unfriendly staff. Eventually got my lisence after more than two hours. Never coming back here again. So disappointing!
