I had a place done by Irene Nutec and Wendy in September. They used poor materials which led to multiple leaks.

My water bill for 1 month alone has been R5000. At he beginning, i asked him everyday to come out and have it fixed, and for 3 weeks he gave me the run around. Telling me he would come the next day, the next day would come and again he would not pitch. After that I told him i no longer wanted him to come and do the fixes, instead i asked for a portion of the payment back in order to cover the water bill as well as to have the numerous repairs done.

The amount agreed on was R15 000, but has now been stringing me along for the last almost 9 months with different lies, and to date i have received only R8000 back. I now have to accept that I am not going to get the rest of my money.

I just want to warn anyone who even considers to use them, please don’t. There has been numerous other posts which he has gotten the customers to remove. He has also threatened me on multiple occasions, telling me to remember that he knows where i live and he will come to my house. Please message me for pictures of the damage done by the leaks.
