Today I received bad service at sportscene in Irene centurion, the cashier with bad service told me her name was Dineo , she refused to give me details of the manager or that of the head office in order for me to escalate the matter . I must say the service was bad , the cashier is rude , she has no customer service, she leaves you unattended without an explanation, she could not be bothered, when I addressed my concerns she was unapologetic this could have become worse, she had I don’t care attitude. The customer’s at the store are the ones who even apologized on her behalf, There was a time She gave me my money back, the way i was angry I almost took it but then I remembered I have been a customer for years and remembered she is not the owner of the store . After today I will not encourage anyone to visit that store . I hope the managing team will deal with this matter.
