Very dissatisfied customer

Very disappointed in the service provided.. First laptop was faulty and so is the second exchange unit sent through and they claim their products are tested prior to delivery. Its so hard to get through to them via email or whatsapp as they hardly ever respond and i am still wondering of how many days longer will this take to be resolved as its been nearly 3 weeks since my first purchase.
