Satiated but not satisfied

These guys are legit.

The problem was their internal communication with their couriers.

Instead of the order I wanted, the wrong one came through.

For their after-sales customer services, it was responsive and the collaboration to dealing with the problem was felt.

So, instead of getting the ordered item I wanted and I got the wrong one, a THIRD option had to arrive because of certain company protocols I crossed in the role of an end-customer.

So I am satiated but not satisfied. The laptop I got works fine.

However, I highly advise you must read their messages intently and see the information given to you corresponds to what you want.
