I had no issues purchasing a refurbished from iRefurb! I was ensured quality and professionalism from a company I've never heard from before. My trust was safe in their hands. The delivery process was painful as I needed my new laptop the next day, but they (Chris) explained that their computers are made to order. So voila, after the next two days my laptop arrived! They were extremely fast to respond to a very difficult customer and I thank them for their professionalism and patience. I'll be back to buy for my son!
