EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 30th September 2021, I ordered a Dell Latitude E7440 laptop. About a month later, a 6440 laptop was delivered. I've written numerous emails complaining and was told they are going to sort it out with the supplier. The last email I wrote was about requesting my refund, to which I was told the company is about to close down but they will look into it. Nothing has happened. The cellphone number doesnt get answered. The WhatsApp messages get delivered but no messages get responded to. I'm now stuck with a laptop (still in the delivery box) which I don't need.
