Unhappy service from Irdeto Company

I have app**** to Irdeto for a job position they advertised on LinkedIn. The position was Junior Gaming Analyst.

They only sent me an email stating that they received my application and that they will review it and get back to me.

I have not received any further communication from them. I even checked what their hiring process is and it states the below conditions: 1. Application is offered for applicants to apply for the positions. 2. Irdeto will review the applications and schedule a meeting or interview with the applications, to find out more about them and the reason they choose to work for Irdeto 3. During the interview, each applicant will be asked relevant questions based on the role or position they app**** for 4. After the interviews were conducted, a test would be given to the applicants to test their skills according to the position they app**** for 5. If the applicants were successful, they would be provided with the next steps on completing the process. If they were unsuccessful, the applicants will be provided with a detailed feedback on the reason why the application was rejected 6. Successful applicants will be welcomed to the office to meet the team and become acquainted with the system and how Irdeto works

I have not received an email stating if I was successful or not. I have also not received a detailed explanation of why I was unsuccessful.

If this is how their communication is during employment, then it really makes me question how their communication is when working for them.
