<p>Long story short</p> <p> TalentCru was making staff redundant whithin the RPO space, and forced to re- apply for our same positions. I knew this did not seem right to me, so I contacted, which is what I thought a qualified lawyer for advice.</p> <p>Apparently according to Hans Kruger from Kempton Park I had a case, and that I should not reapply for my position. It was against the LAW</p> <p>I TRUSTED him, as it was lead to believe that he was a lawyer and a commissioner at the Benoi CCMA -HOW WRONG was I!</p> <p> He is NOT - he hides behind his wife (who we think could be a lawyer), then we got palmed- off to some chap by the name of Dannie Du Toit - FUNNY - and wait for this - where told over the phone by Jenny that he was an ADVOCIATE - HAHA - when we got there, he is "consultant" like Hans.</p> <p>Dannie has no time to talk to only if you call him – so I was told!</p> <p>Get it they are mates for 30 years. Also you have to join a union before he can represent you at the CCMA, which my friends is also done – under handed – is words</p> <p> So in a nutshell if you need LEGAL advice to win your case -USE a QULIFIED LAWYER and not IR Excellence.</p> <p>They gladly take your R700 to offer you nothing, but stress and frustration.
