BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUTE

Ivan of I & R Carpet cleaners came to clean my lounge suite a few months ago. After they left, I contacted them cause I had watermarks which I wanted him to come and clean. He said I must take a wet cloth and wipe it. I hen said he must come and have a look, cause he was supposed to \fix"the problem to which he said he would do it when he is in our area. Today I sent him another email expressing my feelings"
