Bad service iQue Repair, Cradlestone

Terrible service and lack of accountability from iQue Repairs in Cradlestone Shopping Centre. Took my fully functional iPhone 13 to have a new battery fitted (was working fine but battery life was starting to decline). The next day the phone stopped working while I was traveling abroad. On my return I took it back. Their answer was that the battery was fine so it's not their problem. They are the only people ever to work on the phone. They also refuse to let you watch while they do the repairs - a big concern considering the amount of confidential info that is stored on our phones. I would strongly advise against having anything repaired there.
