Very bad after service. Be warned

Service is absolutely appalling. I have called customer call centre five times to complain about the turquoise heets, and they keep telling me they will call me back. This is unfortunately not what happens. They are not allowed to give managers names and numbers out for me to complain further so I have no choice but to extend this concern. The person that is dealing with it is Raul and he seems to not be coming back to anybody. I would never recommend using a cast ever again to anyone
