stick to your policy

almost 3 weeks now i purchased a iqos product which im very happy with.... as part of the purchase i was told to join iqos friends if i get a referral i would receive an incentive. i went to the kiosk with my referral registered with there instruction loaded the referral but their system did not work at that time. The manager was there took my details said it would be sorted up until today have not received a call or any updates i been to kiosk to get updates but all i get from certain staff is sorry nothing we can do. this is unacceptable as its something you offer. i have plenty referrals lined up but with not pass it until this issue resolved...... if it ever will be
