SHOCKING SERVICE

Device failure again! 5th time I believe in as many months. I do not live in a city. I live in a small western Cape Town where the nearest Iqos store is an 800 kilometre round trip from me. Two weeks later the IQOS "customer care" crew are still promising that the "courier will be there tomorrow". Alas tomorrow never comes.
