Wont Charge Back to Kiosk Informed that the reason the charger wont charge is because there is a strand of tobacco in the stick holder. *******. Tell agent that I will post on HelloPeter. Receive a phone call from agent saying she will deliver another device - she has spoken to her "manager". Informs me that she will deliver "but only after 6pm". (I went there at 12 noon. This is a waste of my time and money. Would not recommend.
