Iqos bad after service

Verry verry bad service i call in begginig off Desember 2023 for replacement on mouth peace full off praise they will sent complete replacement duo via couriers it is the 16 Feb 2024 after numerece calls and e mails they promise we wil get back to you in feww minutes time never call back lot of stories it is at couriers ,then it is out for delivery then they will call back and find out what what verry bad service you can call me *** never will we advice people to get help after service verry poor
