Awful service, these people are unreliable. They only care for you when you want to buy their device, once you buy it, they lose interest in you. These devices break every now and again, and now they won't deliver me a new holder yet I'm still under warranty. They claim even though they delivered my machine on purchase, I was supposed to collect it myself they don't know how it happened. I regret buying this.
