Bad quality and durability

My IQOS 3 stick continues having issues with the heating blade where it snaps off from normal use, I’m currently on my 4th stick which just broke again now while using the given cleaning tool to clean. I have been told to clean it regularly (which I do) and have tried all other advice. It is super inconvenient to have to either go to a shop which isn’t close to me or having to wait days for a replacement to be delivered.
