Pathetic and terrible product

I had purchased the Spring Roll Pastry and Samoosa Purr made by one of your brands (Penny Wise Pies & Pastry). I am extremely disappointed and moreover disgusted with the quality of the pastry and purr. It was dry and hard. Whatever savories I could make all ended up breaking before even being freezed. I feel that to rate the quality of the product as poor would in actual fact be an "insult to the word poor".

I purchased the products from Checkers Hyper Menlyn.
