PROGRAMMEDISCS DO NOT WORK BAD ATTITUDE

My daughter bought three educational programme discs out of her savings R 2000-00 at the Rand Show, firstly it doesnt work on a Apple Mac Book pro and secondly the discs take forever to load up onto our HP pentium with windows 7 not all discs load up.<br> We made 3 phone calls top Herman Booysen when I told him we having problems loading these programmes he was very irratable with a very arrogant attitude on the phone. his last conversation is he will have to send us other discs, how and why is Herman allowed to sell items at the show that do not work, now we have to wait for him to honour and send us other ******* that he wants to download his approach and attitude is worse than bad please be warned about dealing with these people or buying these educational discs..
