Withdrawal that was never paid out

I requested for a withdrawal pn the 10th of March 2020 which they sent a confirmation that it has been successfully processed. After two days i sent a follow up enquiry since it did not reflect in my account, they respond few days later with a request for personal details verification. To this date my withdrawal is not in my account and the money has been taken out of my trading account.
