Withdrawal still hasn’t been payed

withdrawal has still not been payed out it deeply gutted by this as it’s almost been a month since i did my withdrawal i contact the support chat and they say that it isn’t account is being reviewed by the relevant department and i’m left waiting for far tooo long without any update or feedback on what’s going on my previous smaller withdrawals took a maximum of 7-9 days .
