Withdrawal problems

I have been trying to withdraw, and every time they require verifications and a selfie, all my documents have been verified on the site. I've emailed any further documents, and yet, I still get the same response, to do the same process again, and I'm not getting anywhere with them. its like I'm talking to AI with only limited responses. very disappointing and frustrating
