Unable to withdraw funds

To whom it may concern. I need this message to be a warning for people that are interested in investing in crypto currencies. In 2017 I was one of those people. I registered and opened an account. I left the coins there for a few years. When I decided to sell. I was asked to verify the card. I scanned the credit card back and front and sent it to them. They rep**** that the card was not acceptable as they require the original card of 2017. My card gets renewed every two years and the old card gets destroyed. The card number and account name remains the same however the expiry date changes . Where am I supposed to get the old card of almost 5 years ago. Last week I had to get a replaced card as my card was ******. That means the card number has now changed. That also means that I wont be able to make a withdrawal. The best part is the terms and conditions........ you may only withdraw the amount that was deposited. So any profits made in the 5 years must remain with IQ Option. What more can I say
