Really unhappy

Easy to deposit, easy to use, extremely difficult to withdraw. Withdrawal request made and 3 weeks later not processed. After logging a query, I was informed that users get checked sometimes and that is the delay, and can take up to 30 days. The responses are similar to **** emails, with no real substance or reasoning for actions. I doubt I'll get my money back.
