Please reverse the transaction withdrawal

The withdrawal system sent money to an account that is not mine an ABSA bank instead of a Capitec bank. All i need is that this matter to be sorted and my money to be reversed back into my account. I cannot get a letter of confirmation from ABSA that i don't even bank with, how do you ask a bank for a letter to confirm that you do not bank with them.
