Pathetic support service

Have been trying to get support to assist with an issue for more than 2 weeks. Nobody bothers replying to emails. Social media team's best response is to wait 48 hours for feedback - this is now after I already waited 2 weeks... Pathetic really. ACC: info+trade@fransferreira. com
