IQ Option withholding my money

I am having a horrible experience with IQ Option lately. I have had a happy relationship with the company for years with only one instead when I lost money with their crypto depositing option. The option has since been discontinued though I never recovered the money. What is happening this time around is horrible. I can not withdraw my money. Even when I ask that they close the account and return the funds to the depositing bank card, they completely ignore me.
