IQ Option withdrawal

IQ Option states that withdrawals normally take 1 to 3 business days. Since placing a withdrawal a month ago, they decided to place my account under review without even notifying me, apparently they may do this according to their terms and conditions. That is if they suspect ********** activity.

Trying to contact IQ Option through the available channels of chat, email and their helpdesk is met by a brick wall where you can find the reply of be patient the relevant department is busy with your account. After a month I found that you will not be able to talk to anyone but the helpdesk or support, which may not, or are not capable to provide any details.

There is no way to know whether you will ever receive your withdrawal, how long it may take or whether you can even do something about it.

Placing an investment with IQ Option seems more and more like a very bad idea.
