IQ Option does not process withdrawals,

I have been using IQ Option for some time now but my deposits and withdrawal were very small, they never gave me problems until 2 months ago when decided to withdraw $4000, they put my account under review and it took about 3 weeks if I am not mistaken for them to pay my money. After that withdrawal, I made another withdrawal on the 19th of July of $7438.57 and till today I have not received my money. I was told my account is under review which is surprising that one account goes on review for the second time I make a withdrawal in a space of 3 weeks. It has been 30 full days and IQ options have not paid my money yet. My account manager by the name of Maria gets frustrated with me when I asked her when will I get my money and tells me she will not go in circles with me. A week ago she told me the maximum time an account goes on review is 30 days, then today she tell me I have to wait for another 3 days till the 21st of August. This means my account will be on review for 33 days in total. I contact their support who tells me the same story, which is your account is on review and there is nothing you can do but wait till the review is done. I would strongly advise anyone with a live account with this broker to close the account, withdraw your money as soon as possible and look for reputable brokers. Because IQ OPTION is nowhere near reputable in their dealings.
