IQ not what they make themselves appear to be.

This is how this company works. If your losing all is good with them. You can lose a million and you will hear nothing from them. I took 5 trades of 200 dollars and won, my account was credited. 10 minutes later I noticed my IQ account balance had lost the profit I made with the 5 trades and back to balance before trades were executed. Contacted support and said something to do with terms and conditions. They can cancel your trades despite winning. Now what would if happened if I lost those 5 trades? I'm sure they would not of credited me with my trade amount invested in the 5 trades. Nothing would of happened. I would of been minus 1000 dollars. IQ hide behind T and C which only benefit them. They say they reputable and been around a long time. Truth is they dont like traders to win and to win lots. They are a **** company hiding behind T and C. If you use them take screenshots after each trade. I doubt I will ever get my money they decided to debit my account after 15 minutes. Be careful with IQ. They not what they make out to be. They put serious doubt in my mind. On binary options they have more than 250 OTC assets which they can control. Never ever trade the otc market. They flooded binary options with these orc assets and new traders will be *******.

We have been unable to execute a trade you have recently placed, because it has not been accepted by the third-party Market Maker which the order was sent to for execution. This can happen for a number of reasons, including market conditions at the time of execution or the Market Maker’s own risk management framework.

Subsequently and in line with the Company’s Terms and Conditions, which you deemed to have acknowledged and accepted upon becoming a client of the Company, your order was not processed and the invested amount has been returned to your account balance.

This is the letter I received. This is how they act when winning a bug trade. Beware

We are once again sorry for any inconvenience, however, if the trade was not accepted by the third - party market maker then it is not in our hands to control it. We do understand your frustration however, please note that in online trading there are various parties involved and such a situation is not new. We do apologise for any inconvenience it might have caused and will convey your feedback to the team so that such trades are not accepted on our platform as well in the first place if the third - party market maker is not accepting it.
