Holding deposit ransom

Iq option accepted my deposit now they down want to losd assests on my profile to trade. Account sits empty with no charts. I have trying to speak to them for 4 days. They dont know what to do. They take your money and then don’t let you trade. When you ask them to refund you they tell you no you need to withdraw and the costs are yours.
