Delayed withdrawal

Iq option say withdrawal takes 3 to 7 business days since August I have been placing withdrawals after withdrawals to this date I have not received a cent from iq option every week it's excuse after excuse I don't know what to believe from now it's November I am still getting excuses ,My withdrawal we're all successful I sent verification documents in September they sent a confirmation email saying they got them why don't they tell people the truth that to get your money it takes months it's long a list before someone makes a deposit it so disappointing this platform.
