Insurance *******!!!

<p>I have had insurance with this above said company since August 2016. Besides them providing the best quote i received for my previous car, they were below average with customer service. Most months they double debited my account without informing me that they would be doing so.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently got a new car on 25 May 2017, of which i asked them for a quote, i received one and we agreed to go ahead on a monthly premium of R1585.14. I then get an email notification of a new premium of R2378.90, of which this premium was not agreed upon by myself in writing or telephonically. Then still go ahead and debit my account without my go ahead, except they debit my account not even for the above amounts, new amounts, amounts they decided to make up. More money they are *****ing from their customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 1 June 2017 R2464.23 and on 1 July R2283.36.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i asked what was going on and if i could get a refund on the amounts deducted vs the amount quoted, i got a response 2 days later with another insurance schedule, completely ignoring what i had requested and answering NONE of my questions. The new amount now was R2026.10. THIS IS STILL NOT WHAT WE HAD AGREED WHEN I TOOK DELIVERY OF MY VEHICLE.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had asked them from the first email to cancel my insurance policy of which they blatently ignored and supp**** me with a new schedule. I now have sent them email after email, the people that work there wont take any of my calls or respond to emails, making it impossible for me to sort this situation out and cancel this policy with this company.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are a bunch of UNPROFESSIONAL, ********* *******! They have zero work ETHIC! Do not deal with this ********** company!!!!!!! BE WARNED!</p> <p>As you will see above, that is FOUR different amounts. Why?</p> <p>Now you send me a quote for the exact same insurance cover for R2026?</p>
