Dishonest and useless organisation

I have dealt with this company for 15 years now. The owner has earned commission on every policy without question. In 2020 I took out a retenchment policy with my broker which was placed with an insurance company. Upon claiming this policy it did not Pau out due to his failure and lack of training and information,he was unaware that it needed to be ceded to the bank. Ultimately I am suffering the loss of this neglence. I have chased after them for months as I was given a written confirmation that IQ insurance personally would attend to my claim and honor this as an accountable and honorable business,however this did not happen. Each month I was paid minor amounts less than what was agreed. Upon follow up this year I was given a payment plan by the owner finally, the next payment was supposed to be on the 7 Feb 2024. I recieved a watsapp msg and see that my calls have been blocked since. The msg reads "no more ******ion, I cannot pay and will not, pls communicate with my attorney further. Here we go high court,life ombudsman, etc etc. I cannot take this anymore. No more Rands and cents out of my pocket for B#$+h##o% **** up ,sorry we just above the breadline , please communicate via my attorneys." This is the response I get after being promised a payment plan just 2 weeks ago,nearing the payment date a dishonest person sends a warsapp like yhus and then runs away like a common *****....it's disgusting. I have referred many clients over the years to IQ insurers but I would not recommend based on my experience ever.

I have had many other incidents with this company which I overlooked in the past out of loyalty and a long standing relationship until I recieved this ***ardice response yesterday after the owner himself committed less than 2 weeks ago with dates and amounts of how he would settle this.

People take out insurance fir security in times of need, IQ insurance has no one's best interest at heart but their own. I have taken out other policies privately that had no flaws only this particular financial advisors guidance and service which was flawed it shows me how *********** they are ,even a child would be so neglegent.
