No customer service etiquette

I would give it Zero stars if I could. First and foremost the person that is replying to the hellopeter comments is the same rude ***** from customer service and the WhatsApp line. He calls customers stupid and idiots. He needs to learn how to speak English, uneducated ****, rude as hell and so ******** thinking you are right, you should rename to asstv because that's what you are!
